Dreame Tasti™ Air Fryer Half-Price Trial – Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The promotion is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older, residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Employees of Dreame, its affiliates, or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge and no purchase is required to enter the draw.

2. How to Participate

1. Eligible users receive a Dreame invitation email.
2. To enter, reply to the email with the phrase “I want to join.”
3. On 15/11, Dreame will randomly select 20 participants using an automated random selection tool.
4. Selected participants (“Eligible Participants”) will receive a half-price purchase link via email and have 48 hours to complete payment.
5. Dreame Tasti™ Air Fryers will be shipped to the addresses provided within 2–3 working days after payment.

3. Full-Refund Incentive

Among participants who receive their air fryer and share their experience publicly on Instagram, tagging @dreame_deutschland and using #DreameTrial (or another campaign tag specified by Dreame), 10 users will be randomly selected to receive a full refund of their purchase price.

To qualify:
- The post must be public and remain visible for at least 30 days after publication.
- The post must include a clear disclosure such as #ad, #promotion, or #DreameTrial, in compliance with EU advertising-transparency rules.
- Dreame will notify selected refund recipients by email and process the refund to the original payment method within 30 days after confirmation.

4. User Content Permission and Withdrawal

By voluntarily posting content (including photos, videos, audio recordings, or written feedback) about the Dreame Tasti™ Air Fryer on social media and tagging @dreame_deutschland with #DreameTasti or a similar campaign tag, you grant Dreame International (HongKong) Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and transferable right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display such content — in whole or in part — for promotional and marketing purposes.

This includes the right to use your name, likeness, image, voice, or other identifiable elements contained in the content, in any media or format now known or later developed, including but not limited to Dreame’s official websites, e-commerce stores, social-media accounts, online advertising, printed materials, and promotional videos.

You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting aftersales@dreame.tech. Upon withdrawal, Dreame will cease using your content in any new promotional materials and will remove it from channels under its direct control within a reasonable period. Dreame may retain minimal records of the withdrawal for compliance purposes.

Withdrawal of permission does not affect your eligibility for the half-price purchase program. However, the full-refund incentive is conditional upon Dreame’s continued right to use your qualifying post for promotional purposes. If permission is withdrawn before the refund is processed, the refund will not be issued. Once a refund has been granted, withdrawal of permission will not require return of the product.

5. Data Protection

Your personal data (such as name, email address, delivery address, and social-media handle) will be processed solely for the purposes of:
- administering this promotion and product delivery;
- verifying eligible participants; and
- communicating with selected users regarding the refund incentive.

The lawful bases for processing are performance of a contract (for fulfilling participation) and consent (for using posted content). Your data will be stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and handled in accordance with the Dreame Privacy Policy available at [https://de.dreametech.com/pages/privacy-policy]. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time by contacting aftersales@dreame.tech.

6. Liability

Dreame is not responsible for technical issues, network errors, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation or delivery. If the promotion is interfered with or cannot be carried out as planned, Dreame reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion where legally permissible.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law without prejudice to participants’ mandatory consumer rights under their local law. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
